Community Reminder – Please Read
The Village has heard about a few recent door-knocking incidents in Lawrencetown that made some residents—especially seniors—feel uncomfortable. One situation has already been reported to the RCMP.
While nothing has been confirmed, we want to share a friendly reminder to look out for one another and take simple precautions:
🔸 You don’t have to open the door if you’re unsure or don’t feel comfortable.
🔸 Check in on neighbours who may be vulnerable or living alone.
🔸 If you see or experience behaviour that feels suspicious, please contact the RCMP (non-emergency).
Lawrencetown is a close-knit community, and small actions make a big difference. Let’s continue to watch out for each other. 💙
